I marshalled at Eaton Junior Parkrun. I was by the turn for the finish funnel so able to see the youngsters speed up and sprint for the line. We had just over 150 runners today.

I cycled to help someone who is blind to add braille labels to some of their CD collection so that she can independently choose music to listen to. There are a lot more CDs needing labelling.

I marshalled at Eaton Junior Parkrun on a lovely sunny morning. I was marshalling on the corner by the skate park, where we always have an arrow to show the way after one youngster took a wrong turn on one occasion.

I marshalled at Eaton Junior Parkrun. Although a rather wet morning the rain eased up a little and the sun came out briefly. The weather didn’t seem to deter the youngsters who turned out to run.

We visited the residents at Dell Rose Court Housing with Care, for an evening of Bingo, which they were all excited for... thinking they would take us to the cleaners haha.

Well... Maddy was going to put an end to that by taking the first two Full Houses... she really wanted the hand cream but when she had the choice of biscuits, cakes or fig rolls... she went for the fig roles, I'm shocked.

Luckily the tenants came back and took the final three Full Houses.

The evening finished with some discussions with the tenants and we look forward to returning again soon.

I marshalled at Eaton Junior Parkrun, which was celebrating its 400th event, a great achievement. It was a fine day, if a bit cold, for all the youngsters who ran today.

I marshalled at Eaton Junior Parkrun number 399 on a lovely sunny morning. Three youngsters had earned wristbands, two for half marathons and one for a full marathon distance.
