Regents Park 10k (December Edition)
Getting your racing shoes on!
Come join Team GoodGym at Regents Park 10k on Sunday December
In the depths of winter GoodGymers will brace the 3 lap chip timed course. This is a monthly race and a great event for a PB! Six amazing GoodGymers did the race in September and loved it, Jess (pictured middle) participates on a monthly basis and loves it even more!
It would be fantastic if you could join us!
Paul Bown (Run Leader) will be there to take warm up, provide motivational chat and take a pre-race warm up and a post-run stretch.
You can enter on the day or online by following this link. There will be an area to leave your bags and get changed. Bringing extra clothes for pre and post race is advised.
Plan:
We will meet at 8.40am at THE HUB (Regents Park)
Warm up at 9.00am
Race starts at 9.10am
Then post race stretch
After smashing the 10k race we'll head towards Camden town for some well earned brunch.
What you need to bring:
GoodGym Top (represent woop woop!)
Money if you are getting race entry on the day and for brunch afterwards
More layers for before and after the race (gonna get cold!)
Bottle of water (good for hydration!)
Snacks (sugar and salt is needed both before and after the race)
Bag to put all of the above in
