Kick-off your weekend with a helping of happy endorphines

Parkrun is a community, a personal challenge and a celebration all rolled into one Saturday morning event. From complete beginners to seasoned runners, Parkrun welcomes all - and it's totally free! Just register on the website to get your unique Parkrun number and barcode, so you can grab your official time at the end.

When we're all over the finish line and through the funnel there's an option to take a short walk to Omnibus Theatre for a post run for a morning coffee and optional garden community mission (see seperate listing).

If you're new to running or are returning to running after a break, Parkrun can be a great place to start. There is always a back-walker and you can run-walk or walk the whole thing if you want (and you almost definitely won't be the only one walking). If you have any questions just give me a shout.

Parkrun starts at 09:00, but please arrive by 08:45 so you don't miss the briefing, especially if this is your first Parkrun and/or first time Parkrunning on Clapham Common. We'll be meeting by the start point - look out for the red GoodGym t-shirts!

More information, including a map of the route with the start and end points and notes on accessibility, is available on the Parkrun website.
