A bit parky

On a chilly but sunny morning, Mark and Hannah headed to Bromley Parkrun to chat with the brilliant runners and volunteers there about Goodgym. (Mark had actually run the 5k too so could demonstrate that GG is about the Gym as well as the Good...!) We explained the idea of combining exercise with all sorts of volunteering, and several people definitely seemed interested - just as they should! So, here's hoping we might have a few new members doing good soon.
