18:00 - 19:30Age UK Norwich has asked if we can give some more help to Miss J with labelling items. She is registered blind and she needs a sighted person to support her so she is able to pick up CDs and know what they are.
She is delighted with the help she has received so far as she was not only able to label some of her favourite CDs but was open to the suggestion of how the process could be speeded up next time! The task will involve reading out the CD names to Mrs J who can then record them on her computer, so that she can then print off the labels with braille after the visit, to be attached to the CD cases at a follow up visit.
