Hi folks,
π Come join our friendly GoodGym crew as we help out at the wonderful Hampstead Heath Parkrun, our free and local weekly 5K community run :)
πββοΈ Held on Hampstead Heath, the course is a meandering tour of ancient woodlands, refreshing ponds, and city views from Parliament Hill - we'll be meeting in the Lower Heath by Lime Avenue - look out for the entrance by Well Walk and you can't miss the start area!
𧑠There are multiple roles available, from setting up the course and scanning peopleβs barcodes at the finish, to ensuring everyone gets around safely as a marshal - you can see the full list of roles here - and if you'd like a particular role, please simply let me know ahead of time!
π£ Importantly if you're not already registered with Parkrun, you'll need to both sign up here and register on the Parkrun website - it's free and takes 2 minutes to do so - and every session of volunteering or running you do will get added to your Parkrun profile :)
