The Feel Good Festival comes to Ruskin Park this year. Enjoy the health and wellbeing benefits of Ruskin Park for free by:
Dropping in to exercise and fitness sessions – from tai chi to tree walks Garden with the Friends of Ruskin Park in the Willow garden. Head to the bandstand for free food & nutrition advice, face painting ,music and stalls. Brought to you by SE5 Forum with the kind support of Kings College Hospital Charity.
